YOUR INFORMATION, EXPLAINED
A clear request.
A private conversation.
How Florida Honestly handles the information you choose to submit.
What we collect.
Inquiry forms collect the name, contact details, preferences, notes and property information you provide. We also record the submitting page, campaign tags if present, submission time and your separate communication choices.
How it is used.
Jaime Musselman uses this information to respond to your request, organize follow-up and provide the services you ask about. Newsletter and marketing email permission is recorded separately. Submitting a property inquiry does not require marketing email consent.
Where your request goes.
Requests are stored in the site’s private business inbox. They are not publicly displayed. A preferred appointment time is a request and requires confirmation. Submission displays an on-screen receipt; it does not automatically send an email confirmation.
Your choices.
To correct your details, request removal or withdraw marketing permission, email jaime@floridahonestly.com. Any newsletter sent to you should include an unsubscribe option. Records are kept while needed to handle your inquiry and business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Temporary visit measurement.
To understand which resources lead to inquiries, this site uses a random identifier held in this browser tab’s session storage. It records visited page paths and whether that temporary session submits an inquiry or newsletter request. The measurement does not record your name, contact details, search text, query strings or precise location. A session expires after 30 minutes without a new page visit or when the tab closes. It respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Measurement totals are visible only to the site owner. These counts are approximate sessions, not unique people.
Saved comparisons and other sites.
Saved community selections stay in your browser. External MLS, association, government and other linked services have their own practices and policies. A hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions.
