If you would like to work with Jaime, speak with her first. Some builders require your agent to be identified at the first contact and to accompany your first in-person or virtual visit. Jaime will confirm the applicable rules with the builder.

What do I receive after requesting a preview?

Jaime follows up personally with the community name, location and relevant home options. You can review current pricing, availability, expected ownership costs and the right next step for your timing.

What if I have already contacted or visited a builder?

Tell Jaime which builder or community and when you made contact. She will check the applicable registration and participation rules before making arrangements. Previous contact may affect a builder’s recognition or compensation of an agent.

What if I already have a real estate agent?

Share that on the form so Jaime can respect your existing relationship. This inquiry does not replace an agreement you may have with another brokerage.

Should I compare new construction with resale?

Yes. Jaime can help compare the purchase price, included features, homesite premiums, delivery timing, HOA/CDD charges, taxes, insurance and the everyday location. The right home should make sense beyond the model-home moment.
